Whiskey Sour

Strong, sweet and sour, and balanced –

For lovers of clear flavors.


Ingredients:


5cl Bourbon Whiskey

2 cl lemon juice (optional) Lime juice

1 cl sugar syrup*


ice cubes


Preparation:


Shake all ingredients in a shaker with ice for 20-30 seconds.

Fill a serving glass with ice cubes and strain the drink into the glass.


Decoration: a lemon or, optionally, a lime slice.


*Sugar syrup:

You can easily make it yourself. Use 1 kg of sugar per 1 liter of water, bring to a boil, and let it cool. If sugar crystals form, add a little more water. Bottle it – done!
