What is the concept behind Rockin'Cocktails?
Rockin'Cocktails brings freshly mixed cocktails directly to your home or event venue.
I mix live in front of your guests, with an eye for detail and that certain something extra.
You take care of your guests – I'll take care of the drinks.
Even your own favorite cocktails or special requests can usually be integrated without any problems.
How does the booking process work and how long are you available?
Bookings are made on the basis of a flat rate for a minimum of 3 hours of serving time.
Setup and takedown are not included in the serving time and are scheduled by me.
Extensions can be decided in advance or spontaneously during the event – depending on the mood, guests and available ingredients.
Is there a fixed price or is it billed by the hour?
A fixed flat rate applies for the first 3 hours.
Additional hours will be billed transparently on an hourly basis.
Optional service staff (e.g. table service) are also charged on an hourly basis.
All services are clearly described on the price page – with no hidden costs.
Who provides the ingredients and what happens to leftovers?
The ingredients will be provided by the host – based on a detailed shopping list from me.
This allows you to utilize existing stock and supplement it in a targeted manner.
Any unused ingredients remain with you after the event.
Should something be temporarily unavailable, we will find a solution together.
Are non-alcoholic cocktails at Rockin'Cocktails equivalent?
Yes. For me, non-alcoholic cocktails are fully-fledged drinks – not a substitute.
The appearance, choice of glass and taste are in no way inferior to the alcoholic versions.
This is a great advantage, especially for mixed audiences or alcohol-free events.
What are you bringing with you and what do I need on site?
I will bring bar equipment, glasses, straws and consumables.
Washing the glasses is also planned – access to warm water is helpful.
Should there be any glasses left over at the end, that's no problem and is included in the flat rate.
Are you bringing a mobile bar or counter?
No – I'm not bringing a bar with me.
Rockin’Cocktails arbeitet mit den Gegebenheiten vor Ort: feste Theke, Bierbank oder eine improvisierte Lösung.
This makes the setup uncomplicated and extremely flexible.
Is there a radius or distance limit?
There is no fixed radius limit.
Deployments beyond the region are possible by arrangement.
Distance and deployment times should be sensibly matched – we clarify this in advance.
Appointments I have made are binding.
In the unlikely event of a failure, there is a reliable replacement from my team.
Rockin'Cocktails is of course fully insured – you can sit back and relax.
