General terms and conditions of business
1.) Between Rockin'Cocktails (landlord) and the tenant, at that moment a legally valid contract This will take place once the selection of drinks, including the event time and location, has been announced.
2.) The rental period This is subject to prior agreement and will be adhered to by Rockin'Cocktails in any case (exceptions see 5.2).
3.) Rental object
Rockin'Cocktails will bring the following materials to the venue:
3.1.) Consumables: Eurobox (approx. 30x40cm) as Sink including brush, rubber mats in various sizes, cutting board(s) including knife, portioning spoon, speed (pour) bottles, shaker, glasses, waste bin, ice container, possibly a large polystyrene box for ice (approx. 60x80x40cm/LxWxH) sufficient for approx. 30kg of ice cubes/crushed ice, draining rack, dish towels, dishcloths, various plastic containers for storage (e.g. for sugar, fruit)
By arrangement: Lighting including various cables and light bulbs
3.2.) Consumables: Napkins, dish soap, garbage bags, kebab skewers (for fruit decoration), straws
4.) Other consumables:
Non-alcoholic drinks, spirits, decorations (including fruit) or other drinks (e.g. wine, beer, by arrangement) must be organized and stored by the tenant according to the agreed list.
4.1.) Waste / Residual material: The disposal of any leftover materials (garbage, fruit, beverage packaging) is the responsibility of the client (host). Rockin'Cocktails does not undertake the disposal of any waste materials whatsoever.
5.) General Terms and Conditions
5.1.) Damage: Any damage to Rockin'Cocktails' inventory or that of the renter must be reported immediately and will be settled promptly after final inspection (damage report to insurance company).
5.2.) Force majeure: Should Rockin'Cocktails be unable to fulfill its contractual obligations at the agreed location and time due to unforeseen events such as accidents, vandalism, or other damage, the renter expressly waives any claims for damages. Conversely, Rockin'Cocktails waives any claim for rental costs.
5.3.) Weather-related cancellations:
Should the event be unable to take place as planned due to a sudden, local storm, Rockin'Cocktails must be notified immediately. Any costs incurred (e.g., travel expenses) must be reimbursed in any case.
6.) Infrastructure
6.1.) Electricity: Operating the light bulb requires a sufficiently protected circuit (various extensions available if needed).
6.2.) Water: The facility requires access to a regular drinking water supply. A drainage system for wastewater must also be available. The client is responsible for providing this.
6.3.) Inventory: The inventory of both parties must be handled with care.
6.4.) Space size: A beer garden set (at least one table and one bench) is required for operation. This will normally be provided free of charge by the client. Alternatively, Rockin'Cocktails can provide it free of charge upon request. The required space for the bar is approximately 2.5m x 1.5m.
Tenants' own bar areas can also be used by arrangement.
7.) Payment terms
7.1.) *Costs: (valid from 01.07.2025)
Flat rate for three hours: €280 (minimum rental period!)
Each additional hour: +€45
(Partial hours will be charged in full)
Optional can table service can be booked additionally.
This incurs an additional charge of €30 per hour per booked service staff member (usually starting from the time the drinks are served, otherwise by prior arrangement).
Other agreements, e.g. for catering activities within the framework of a separate contractual provision, require the written consent of all parties involved.

For more than 150 guests (or longer shift duration), a second bartender is required after prior arrangement.
This costs €45 per hour (usually starting from when the drinks are served). The 3-hour flat rate applies only to the first bartender.
Other agreements, e.g. for catering activities within the framework of a separate contractual provision, require the written consent of all parties involved.
7.2.) Distance allowance / travel expenses:

From here, the distance to the event is measured using "Google Maps" or other navigation systems.
Distances up to 30km = free
Distances >30km = €0.50/km from home location (The charge is based on the one-way distance); additional costs may apply if services are booked.
7.3.) Flat rate for overtime / overnight allowance:
If an event is more than 150km from the home location or if the duration of the event is equal to or longer than 8 hours (serving time), an overtime/overnight allowance of +120,-€ (in addition to the service fee) will be charged; the same applies to any optionally booked additional service staff.
7.4.) Rent amount / invoices:
The total rental amount is due no later than after the event has ended. Payment can be made via PayPal or bank transfer. prior agreement Possible. Invoices will be issued no earlier than after the termination of the tenancy.
7.5.) Advance payment + discount:
For optional prepayment, a discount of 10% on the total amount (excluding purchase) can be given within 14 days of the offer date. I reserve the right to adjust the billing if the service provided is more or less than advertised.
7.6.) Cancellation:
Cancellations must be handled by Rockin'Cocktails in any case. in written form will be notified.
The cancellation costs amount to:
- up to 4 weeks before the event - free of charge
- up to 2 weeks before the event - 30% (min. €85*)
- Up to 1 week before the event - 50% (min. €140*)
- on the day of the event - 100% (min. €280* = 3-hour flat rate)
Cancellation of table service:
- up to 4 weeks before the event - free of charge
- up to 2 weeks before the event - €50
- up to 1 week before the event - €70
- on the day of the event - 100% (min. €90 = 3-hour flat rate)
7.7.) QR Code
A promotional QR code is printed on the current flyers and team shirts (including fan shirts). When this QR code is provided, an additional hour of service is granted upon placement of an order. This currently corresponds to a value of €45 (as of January 1, 2024).
