Solero
Fruity and creamy with a hint of vanilla –
It's reminiscent of the famous ice cream.
Ingredients:
8 cl passion fruit juice
5 cl orange juice
2 cl lime juice
2 cl vanilla syrup
3 cl cream
ice cubes
Preparation:
Shake all ingredients together briefly but vigorously in a shaker.
so that the cream becomes nice and frothy.
Serve in a glass decorated with a piece of pineapple or orange and a cocktail cherry.
If there's still room, fill it up with some crushed ice.
