Mojito
Refreshing, slightly sweet and minty –
summery and pleasantly light.
Ingredients:
5 cl white rum
(preferably Havana Club 3 years old)
2 bar spoons of brown sugar
1/2 lime (quartered)
5-6 fresh mint leaves
sparkling mineral water (Soda)
Crushed ice
Preparation:
The lime with the brown sugar in the serving glass light Crush the mint. Then bruise it and put it in the glass.
Fill the glass about 3/4 full with crushed ice and pour the rum over it. Top up with sparkling water, stir briefly and enjoy!
