Gin Tonic
Herbaceous, fresh and aromatic –
clear and timeless.
Ingredients:
6 cl Gin
1/2 lime
Top up with tonic water
ice cubes
Preparation:
Fill a serving glass three-quarters full with ice. Lightly squeeze the lime wedges and leave them in the glass. Pour gin over the lime wedges and top up the glass with tonic water.
Gin with cucumber & pepper:
with gin - slice the cucumber into thin, long slices,
Add lime juice to the glass and sprinkle with coarsely ground pepper.
