Fresh, strong and slightly tart –
a timeless classic.
Ingredients:
6 cl Cachaça (Sugar cane schnapps)
1 lime (divided into eighths)
3 bar spoons of brown sugar
(possibly 1-2 cl lime juice)
Crushed ice
Preparation:
Muddle the lime and brown sugar together in a glass. (DO NOT CRUSH!)).
Fill the glass completely with crushed ice and pour the cachaça over it. Stir carefully and thoroughly.
and fill it up again with crushed ice.
