Ingredients:
3/4 sparkling wine
1/4 peach puree
Preparation:
Fill a serving glass 1/4 full with peach puree.
Top up with sparkling wine while stirring.
A little sparkling wine info:
sec or secco = dry, low sugar
demi sec or semi secco = semi-dry
dulce = lovely
